I have spent the last four years developing my skills in public relations customer care and community based health insurance (CBHI) at Nyagatare hospital where I have been solving customer problems. I enjoy being a Lead and the opportunity to empower and motivate my team. In my current position, I have had the opportunity to complete numerous Front Office training programs I believe this experience and training has prepared me to take the next step.
